Jay joined the LBC staff in November, 2005. Prior to his current role, Jay served in a variety of roles at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, IL over a seven year span. His duties included volunteer recruitment, team development, strategic ministry planning, operations management & some human resource management. Jay has a B.A. in Youth Ministry from Judson College in Elgin, IL. Jay and Brooke are the parents of Carson and Ethan.
