Communications Director
The overall responsibility of the Communications Director (CD) is to give leadership to all of the internal and external communications of Lincoln Berean Church. The CD will build a team of paid and unpaid staff who will coordinate, organize, create and produce all of the communication tools (print, Web, video, multi-media)for LBC, with the goal of the greatest possible effectiveness of both the outreach (locally, regionally, globally)of our church and spiritual transformation for our congregation. The CD will also serve as a communications consultant to each of our ministry areas (MA’s) enhancing creativity, collaboration and effectiveness in each ministry. The CD will lead the communications ministry in alignment with the mission, core values and philosophy of ministry of Lincoln Berean Church.

Director of Accounting
LBC is seeking a Director of Accounting. The job requires an individual who will lead the Accounting Office team (paid and non-paid staff) as they perform financial accounting and reporting for internal and external users; banking and cash flow management; and supervise the payroll and benefits. This person will supervise the Accounting Office staff (currently 2). This person will possess the knowledge and drive to build a strong team, exhibit strong accounting and non-accounting problem-solving and organizational skills. This position is a management position, with specific responsibilities for personnel records, payroll, benefit administration, operations, assistance with developing and managing budgets and financial operations. In addition, this position will need to handle a variety of office administrative functions as needed. This person should also possess a strong ability to work in a team-based church environment.
