GENEROUS LIVING
Signature Event Team Leader - serve with a team in the planing & execution of an all-church signature event for Generous Living in January, which includes finding a keynote speaker, planning mini-sessions, securing needed teachers and collaborating with appropriate ministries.
MEN'S MINISTRY
Men’s Fraternity Tech Team - Provides sound, light and video support for the men’s weekly sessions.
Hospitality Team Member - prepare and serve food/coffee for weekly session and special events.
Small-group Facilitator - Lead small group discussions and follow-up with the men in your small group for weekly sessions; a two-semester (26 weeks) commitment.
Special Events Team Member - Plan and organize up to four major special events for men within the year.
Assimilation Team Member - Assist in personally connecting men who desire to get plugged in at LBC, which would involve working with men who attend Discovery Class and following up with them until they get connected to Men’s Fraternity or a LifeGroup.

A ministry to elderly people who are living alone, which involves visitation 1-2 times each month, providing spiritual encouragement through devotion/prayer and time spent together.

Titus Worship Ministry
Worship Leader - Create and maintain a worship environment by planning and organizing music, Scripture, testimonies, and devotional for each weekly meeting.
Administrative Assistant - Assist the Worship Leader in planning, organizing and implementation. Praise Team Members Leading women’s worship—vocal and/or instrumental PowerPoint Creates and runs media for TW worship times. Sound Technician Responsibilities include running the sound system on Tuesday mornings.
Titus Teaching Ministry
Advisor - Responsible for enlisting, directing, and supporting all teachers involved with Titus Women. Teachers prepare and teach an approved study, in cooperation with the Teaching Advisor.

MUM’s Leader - Responsible for leadership, planning, and organizing the yearly schedule for guest teachers, lessons and activities.
MUM’s Activity Leader - Leads a team of women in organizing ministries of hospitality, crafts, secret sister program, skits, and special events. MUM’s Projects-with-a-Purpose Leader Leads a team in organizing projects to benefit charitable organizations in the community.

Titus Service Ministry
Service Administrative Team - Coordinator - Recruits, trains, and encourages the following positions for Titus Women: Brochure Publisher, Secretary, Treasurers and Registration Coordinators.
Brochure Publisher - Responsible to collect the information and design the yearly brochure, as well as other bulletin inserts as requested.
Secretary - Recordkeeping for TW, including women, children and childcare workers.
Treasurer - This position requires two people for the responsibility of handling the offering procedures and counting.
Registration Coordinator - Responsible for registration tables on Sat./Sun./Tues. (booth décor, create sign-up sheets, registration forms, schedule table workers).
Hospitality Coordinator - Responsible to recruit, train, and encourage in the following areas: Fellowship Brunch Coordinator, Welcome Table Hostess, Coffee Table Hostess, Greeters, and first-time gift bags.
Greeters - Responsible to greet and assist all attendees of TW.
Fellowship Brunch Coordinator - Organize and recruit team members to plan and organize the yearly brunches that are planned for Titus Women.
Coffee Table Hostess - This position is responsible for setting up the beverage table each week.
Welcome Table Hostess - Organizes the welcome table for TW, which includes décor, greeting and nametags.
Titus Prayer Ministry
Prayer Group Advisor - Selects and leads a team who organizes the TW prayer groups, and recruits and trains Class Coordinators and Prayer Group Leaders.
Prayer Group Class Shepherd - Oversees and coordinates the Prayer Group Leaders and assists the class teacher.
Prayer Group Leader - Provides leadership and encouragement for a weekly prayer group.
Titus Preschool Ministry
Coordinator - Recruits department leaders and oversees the recordkeeping of paid positions in the Preschool Ministry.
Curriculum Leader - Designs and implements the teaching material and tools for children 2-5 years of age.
Department Leader - Recruits workers for her specific department and provides leadership in teaching the curriculum and room activities.
Preschool Team Workers- Responsible to carry out the instructions of the department leader in helping to teach and care for the children.
Health & Wellness Coordinator - Encourage and provide practical ways for physical stewardship via Fitness Plus and First Place Bible Study.
Fitness Plus Leader - Responsible for all Fitness Plus classes: scheduling, publicity, instructors and equipment. Fitness Plus Instructor Plans and leads workouts.

First Place Leader - Lead a Bible study of 8-10 women focusing on the physical stewardship of the body.

Wedding Coordinator - Directs the rehearsals and ceremonies of weddings; orchestrates all phases of the wedding ceremony with the families. Wedding Reception Coordinator Directs the receptions of weddings providing options, procedures and guidelines.
Wedding Reception Helper - Assists in set-up/serving and/or clean-up from receptions.
Wedding Reception Caller - Responsible to organize and contact the necessary help needed for receptions (set-up, serving, clean-up).
Funeral Food Coordinator - Plans and organizes the food for funeral—works with Funeral Luncheon Caller.
Funeral Luncheon Helper - Assists in set-up/serving and/or clean-up from funeral luncheon.
Funeral Luncheon Caller - Calls for help (service and food) from the Funeral Calling List.
Funeral Food Provider - Provides a salad or dessert for funeral luncheons.
Kitchen Maintenance - Responsible to weekly keep the kitchen organized and clean.

Assists the Women’s Ministries Directional Team in coordinating the details of special projects/events and/or retreats.

Lifts up all project details in prayer and enlists others to pray for the project.

Meets with a woman one-on-one for any of the following and/or a combination thereof: prayer, friendship, Bible study, encouragement, wife/mother insights, sharing in similar life experiences, i.e., divorce, single parenting, etc.
Crisis Ministry Team Coordinator
Works with Season of Life Pastor and/or Ministry Area Leader in coordinating care, i.e., meals, transportation, childcare for LBC families in crisis. Works with a team of people.
Meal Provider
Provides a meal and/or restaurant gift card to families in crisis.
Transportation
Provides rides for families in crisis.
Childcare
Provides short-term childcare for families in crisis.
Household Chores
Performs light household duties, i.e., vacuuming, cleaning, laundry, etc., for families in crisis.
Outdoor Chores
Performs light outdoor duties, i.e., lawn mowing, raking leaves, snow removal for families in crisis.
Resource Booth Attendant
Assist people in getting connected to LBC by answering questions and sharing essential information regarding all Resource Ministries. All information needed is provided. Scheduling is flexible.
Clothing Exchange Leader
Responsibilities include organizing this once-a-month outreach and recruiting people to help set up and tear down.
Set Up
Sets out clothing the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
Tear Down
Puts away remaining clothes in bags on the first Wednesday of each month from 8:00-9:00 p.m.
Host
Welcomes and greets guests to the Clothing Exchange; helps keep tables looking orderly. Any two-hour shift between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m.
Visitation
Visits women in local prisons to share scripture, devotional and/or lead a Bible study.
Encourager
Writes notes/letters of spiritual encouragement to women believers who are incarcerated.
