TRADES AND ENGINEERING TEAMS
Trades and Engineering Ministry Coach - Coach the team leaders of all Trades and Engineering service teams. Enfold and guide people toward becoming complete in Christ through developing “day and time-based” trades projects teams.

PROJECTS TEAMS
Projects Team Leader (Saturday morning) - Build and lead a team of servants who perform a variety of trades and engineering projects utilizing painting, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other trades skills.

Projects Team Leader Apprentice (Saturday morning) - Assist Projects Team Leader to build and lead a team who performs a variety of trades and engineering projects utilizing painting, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other trades skills.

Projects Team Member (Saturday morning) - Use your electrical, plumbing, construction, carpentry, painting, HVAC or other trades skills to provide an environment of excellence at LBC.

EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TEAMS
Equipment Repair and Maintenance Team Leader - Lead, develop and shepherd a team of people who will maintain the church landscaping equipment.

Equipment Repair and Maintenance Team Leader Apprentice - Assist the Team Leader to lead, develop and shepherd a team of people who will maintain the church landscaping equipment.

Equipment Repair and Maintenance Team Member - Use your mechanical skills to serve on the team who maintains the church landscaping equipment.

EVENTS SET-UP TEAM
Saturday Morning Auditorium Team Leader-Build and lead a team who prepares the auditorium for weekend services.

Saturday Morning Auditorium Team Leader Apprentice - Assists in the responsibilities of the Saturday Morning Auditorium Team Leader.

Saturday Morning Auditorium Team Member - Creates a distraction-free environment for church guests by cleaning the auditorium.

GROUNDS MINISTRY
Grounds Ministry Coach - Coach the team leaders of all the Grounds service teams. Enfold and guide people toward becoming complete in Christ through developing teams for snow removal, grounds workdays, sponsor-a-flowerbed and mowing teams.

SNOW REMOVAL TEAMS
Snow Removal Team Leader - Lead, develop and shepherd a team of people who will remove snow from church sidewalks to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all ministry events.

Snow Removal Team Leader Apprentice - Assists in the responsibilities of the Snow Removal Team Leader.

Snow Removal Team Member - Serve with a team of people who shovel and salt walkways to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all ministry events.

GROUNDS WORKDAY PROJECTS
Grounds Workday Project Leader - Work with the Grounds Ministry Leadership to provide project leadership to a small group of workers around tasks such as pruning, planting, turf repair, weeding, etc.

Grounds Workday Project Leader Apprentice - Assist the Project Leader, with the Grounds Ministry Leadership, to provide leadership to a small group of workers around tasks such as pruning, planting, turf repair, weeding, etc.

Grounds Workday Project Member - Use your gardening and landscape maintenance skills in a team environment.

SPONSOR-A-FLOWERBED
Sponsor-a-Flowerbed Coordinator - Use your leadership, administration and shepherding gifts to develop a team that will maintain the flowerbeds throughout the church campus.

Sponsor-a-Flowerbed Coordinator Apprentice - Assists the Sponsor-a-Flowerbed Coordinator in leadership, administration and shepherding gifts to develop a team that will maintain the flowerbeds throughout the church campus.

Sponsor-a-Flowerbed Team Member - Sponsor-a-Flowerbed for the growing season by weeding and caring for the plants in an assigned area.

MOWING TEAMS
Mowing Team Coordinator - Lead, develop and shepherd a team who will mow assigned areas to provide an attractive and welcoming environment for all ministry events.

Mowing Team Coordinator Apprentice - Assist in the responsibilities of the Mowing Team Coordinator.

Mowing Team Member - Utilize church equipment to mow an assigned area of the church property to provide an attractive and welcoming environment for all ministry events.

SERVICE COVERAGE TEAMS
Service Coverage Team Coach - Provides leadership of all the Service Coverage Teams. Enfold and guide team leaders toward becoming complete in Christ through development and shepherding.

Service Coverage Team Leader - Provides organization, leadership and shepherding to the Service Coverage Teams, which are teams that provide world-class service to church guests by performing a variety of tangible need-meeting tasks, i.e., cleaning glass surfaces (doors and mirrors), tidying up restrooms, refilling towel dispensers and toilet paper, cleaning spills, etc.

Service Coverage Team Leader Apprentice - Assists in the responsibilities of the Service Coverage Team Leader.

Service Coverage Team Leader Apprentice - Assists in the responsibilities of the Service Coverage Team Leader.

Service Coverage Team Member - Provides world-class service to church guests by performing a variety of tangible need-meeting tasks, i.e., cleaning glass surfaces (doors and mirrors), tidying up restrooms, refilling towel dispensers and toilet paper, cleaning spills, etc.

COFFEE BAR TEAM
Coffee Bar Team Leader - Organize, schedule and shepherd the coffee team(s).

Coffee Bar Team Leader Apprentice - Assists in the responsibilities of the Coffee Bar Hospitality Team Leader.

Coffee Bar Team Member - Provide service and hospitality by making the coffee and managing the Coffee Bar to provide a welcoming atmosphere to all attendees.

TRAFFIC TEAMS
Sunday Traffic Team Leader - Leads, develops and shepherds the team that creates the first and last impression of LBC by providing a safe, friendly and efficient parking lot experience.

Sunday Traffic Team Leader Apprentice - Assist in the responsibilities of the Traffic Team Leader to lead, develop and shepherd the Sunday Traffic Team.

Sunday Traffic Team Member - Be the first and last impression of LBC by creating a safe, friendly and efficient parking lot experience by directing the flow of traffic and providing a safe parking environment.

FIRST AID TEAM
First Aid Team Leader - Medically and professionally trained personnel (doctor, RN, EMT) to provide the leadership and organization for the First Aid Team, which offers a first-aid level of medical treatment during weekend services or events.

First Aid Team Member - Must be medically trained (doctor, RN, EMT) to administer first aid treatment according to established protocol during weekend services or events.
