AdventureLand for Kids Ranger Station
Director
Supervises all Ranger Station staff. Provides organization, oversight, décor and atmosphere for booth. Responsible for information and publicity, i.e., brochures, pictures, videos and information packets. Works with the Pastor of Children’s Ministries.

Department Leader
General administration and organization of Rangers.

Hour Leader for Booth(s)
Supervises all booths, including staffing and scheduling, as well as team members (attendants and runners). Works with the Department Leader.

Information Center Attendant – Team Member
Works in the Information Centers and/or AdventureLand Ranger Station giving information and direction to children and parents. Works with Hour Leader.

Information Center Runner – Team Member
Works from the Information Centers and/or AdventureLand Ranger Station and is available to escort visitors and their parents to the proper classrooms and take messages from departments during services. Works with Hour Leader.

Security Booth Coordinator
Supervises Security Booth, including staffing and scheduling, as well as team members. Works with the Hour Leader.

Security Booth Attendant – Team Member
Works in the Security Booth giving information and direction to parents on check-in and security. Works with Security Booth Coordinator.

Security Patrol Coordinator
Supervises all Security Patrol staff. Responsible for keeping team members up-to-date with procedures and training of new team members. Works with the Hour Leader.

Security Patrol Leader
Oversees, staffs and schedules Security Patrol team members. Works with the Security Patrol Coordinator.

Security Patrol Team Member
Maintains security in CM areas during services. Works with the Security Patrol Leader.

Resource Manager
Provides communication between Directors, Hour Leaders and Rangers, i.e., newsletters, e-mails, special events, etc. Works with the Director.

Special Education
Department Leader
Supervises all staff and programming in the Special Education Ministry.

Hour Leader
Implements programs organized by the Director.

Story Teacher
Teaches the Bible story to the children.

Table Leader
Helps teachers in working with the children. These can be peer models as well as adults.

Buddy System Coordinator
Organizes and implements the Buddy System program, a program where special needs children are paired up, one-on-one, with an adult, enabling the child to attend regular classes.

Buddy
A person who is paired up, one-on-one, with a special needs child, enabling the child to attend regular classes. This requires no class preparation.

Psychologist
Provide professional support/training/teaching for leaders and buddies in special situations.

Intake Specialist
Evaluate intake forms to help place student in the correct classroom environment.

Steering Team Member
Meet with team when there is a need, problem area or growth area in the Special Education department.

Special Education Program Consultant
Is informed and familiar with what works in the public sector for special needs classes, with the goal of incorporating and implementing those concepts and activities into the LBC program.

• When outside supplies are needed for a lesson, coordinating that with the table leaders

Children’s Praise & Worship
Director of Children’s Combined Worship
Responsible for coordinating all elements of the quarterly combined worship for children on Sunday morning. This includes rehearsals, service production and involvement of the arts.

Children’s Worship Leader
Assist departments with their weekly worship time by providing resources, training or leading worship time in the department.

Children’s Ministries Video Editor
Create videos to assist in teaching both during Children’s Praise and Worship and for the CM communication projector near the AdventureLand Ranger booth and gym.

Vacation Bible School
Director
Responsible for planning and organizing the total VBS program.

Members responsible for specific areas involved with the total VBS program.

Department Leader

Esprit de Corps (Senior High Performing Drama Choir)
Director
Responsible for overall management and operation of Esprit productions, rehearsals, cast and leaders.

Assistant to the Director
Assists the director with the areas of music and drama, including selection and organization of the production, materials, communicating with publishing companies, and preparing music and/or scripts for rehearsals.

Administrative Assistant
Clerical responsibilities involving attendance, forms, housing and medical data, mailings, and arrangements.

Spiritual Director
Prepares and presents weekly devotions for the entire Esprit cast; recruits and prepares the small group leaders.

Parent Representative
Responsible to be at each rehearsal as additional backup for miscellaneous responsibilities.

Music Polisher
Assists the director in teaching vocal/choral techniques and provides additional motivation, inspiration and creativity to enhance the total presentation.

Light/Sound Director
Responsible for all aspects of sound and lighting during production, including setting up, tearing down, recruiting and training, and providing pre-recorded music support for rehearsals.

Drama Director
Responsible for drama sketches, editing, auditions, casting, and scheduling of rehearsals.

Sectional Leader
Responsible for teaching music parts during sectional rehearsals.

Create choreography and signing for production.
