Worship Choir
The worship choir will lead worship during the weekend services. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights.
Vocal Ensemble
Ensembles will sing in different venues throughout the church and community.

Leading worship in various venues throughout the church. Rehearsal times vary for each venue. Band members and vocalists welcome.
LBC Orchestra
Leads worship during weekend services. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights.
Concert Series
Concert Teams
Teams that facilitating concerts, i.e., advertising, ushering, set-up/tear-down crews and hospitality.
Coffeehouse Arts
Coffeehouse Musicians
Instrumentalist to play background music between services.
Communion Team
Coordinator
Provides leadership in organizing, planning, and recruiting for communion.
Team Leader
Trains and assists in the organization and preparation of the communion elements.
Team Member
Assists in the preparation of the communion elements for all services.
Usher Team
Team Captain
Responsible for their team of ushers in training, scheduling, and communication.
Usher
Ushers maintain the worship atmosphere for all services and special events by providing direction to the congregation and assisting in the service when necessary, i.e. offering, communion.
Attendance Counter
Count and record attendance for weekend services.
Baptism Team
Team Coordinator
Responsible for organization, procedures, and scheduling of the baptism team.
Team Member
These team members assist the baptismal candidates prior to and after baptism.
Video Team
Video Productions
Plan, shoot and edit video projects for weekend services and various LBC ministries. Computer literacy is beneficial. Time commitment is during the week and/or evenings.
Camera Operator
Operate cameras used for live broadcast and recording during services and special events. Time commitment is during weekend services.
Video Switcher/Technical Director
Operates video switcher controlling which cameras are live, supports live weekend production. Time commitment is during weekend services.
Video Director
Leads broadcast team during a live production. Calls camera shots and coordinates video needs for services and special events. Time commitment is during weekend services.
Shader/Tape Op
Remotely controls image of production cameras and supports live weekend production. Time commitment is during weekend services.
Audio Team
Audio Tech
Responsible for sound system for services, special events, and practices/rehearsals.
Set-up Crew
Set and strike the stage for rehearsals, services and special events.
Audio Leader for Grades 4-5
Provide leadership, training, and assistance in setting up and taking down the sound system, and operating the soundboard for 4-5th grade worship time. Training is provided.
Audio Leader for Middle School
Provide leadership, training, and assistance for junior high tech teams during worship times and other functions. Training will be provided.
Audio Leader for Senior High
Provide leadership, training, and assistance for senior high tech teams during worship times and other functions. Training will be provided.
Lighting Technician
Create lighting designs and operate the lighting board for services, special events, and practices/rehearsals.
Projectionist
Creates song slides and operates video projection equipment during services and special events.
Producer
Call cues and oversee production of services and special events.
Stage Crew
Serve behind the scenes coordinating backstage details of services and special events.
Maintenance Team
Maintenance Team Member
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on technical systems. Basic electronics and troubleshooting skills are preferable, but training can be provided as needed. Technicians can serve when the equipment is available and when it is convenient for them. Some technicians will also serve on Sunday mornings as troubleshooters throughout the building.
Project Manager
Lead individual project teams. Must have significant experience installing or troubleshooting technical systems. Training on church systems provided.
Auditorium Aesthetics Team
Team Member/Stage Designer
A team player in planning the aesthetic needs for the stage and auditorium.
Floral Designer
Possesses experience in creating floral arrangements for Christmas and Easter seasons.
Visual Arts Education and Display
Leadership Team Member
Serves on a team which plans and implements all aspects of the Visual Arts activities.
Administrative Coordinator
Serves on the Leadership Team; organizes and implements the plans of the Team.
Curriculum Coordinator
Serves on the Leadership Team; plans workshops and classes throughout the year in coordination with the teachers involved.
Workshop Teacher
Teaches a workshop or class in the Visual Arts, or demonstrates a technique and/or speaks to a group for their enrichment.
Gallery Coordinator
Serves on the Leadership Team; oversees the displays of artwork throughout the church by coordinating with the artists and the facility staff.
Gallery Helper
Assists the Gallery Coordinator with the installations of art displays throughout the church.
Youth Art Coordinator
Plans art displays and activities specifically for youth.
Special Event Coordinator
Serves on the Leadership Team; plans and implements events for the visual artists of the church, i.e., speakers, meals, field trips, outreach events.
Community Liaison
Serves on the Leadership Team; keeps abreast of other artists and art organizations in other churches as well as the Lincoln community and beyond; represents LBC and the Leadership Team to establish and grow a Christian witness in the community.
Photographer
Serves in the area of photography.
3-Dimensional Art
Possessing talent or interest in the areas of ceramics, sculpture, fiber art, carving, etc.
Graphic Design/Web Design
Assisting in publication and publicizing.
Drawing/Painting
Possessing talent or interest in the area of 2-dimensional media.
Lettering/Calligraphy
Possessing talent or interest in the area of lettering/calligraphy.
