Equipped to Live for Christ in the World
Beginning this fall, LBC’s Christian Leadership College (CLC) is offering two great programs to equip you to be more effective in living and sharing your faith with the people in your sphere of influence.

Living in a culture that devalues truth, struggles with ethical and moral choices, and is confused by many different belief systems, it is more important than ever that Christians have a thoroughly Christian worldview that guides our thinking, working and living.
CLC’s Worldview Studies program is for Christians who want to acquire a solid understanding of the Christian worldview and integrate it into every sphere of life. Beyond biblically-based training in the Christian worldview, students will also gain an understanding of other major worldviews we commonly encounter and how to address the challenges they pose. Taking Worldview Studies classes is an effective way to prepare for success in the “Each One Reach One” strategy of LBC. No prior college experience is required to take classes in the Worldview Studies program nor does the student have to make any long-term commitment. Students can take as many or as few classes as they want and at any pace they want. Classes typically meet one evening a week for five weeks and are taught by highly qualified instructors. This year the CLC is offering eight Worldview Studies courses throughout the year in areas such as developing our Christian mind, church history, ethics, worldviews, Christianity and culture, and apologetics.
The Marketplace Leadership Track of the CLC is designed to develop, sharpen and encourage men and women who are called by God to leadership roles in the marketplace. Our desire is to help marketplace leaders nurture and maximize their influence for Christ in the places where they lead. Marketplace leaders are defined as those who own, lead or manage a business or organization, and professionals who by the nature of their work, have profound influence on people and culture.
There will be three components to the Marketplace Leadership Track: Core courses, the Marketplace Leadership Seminar Series and Peer Coaching Groups. These three components will enable participants to develop a thoroughly Christian worldview and a spiritual depth that when placed alongside their God-given talents and real life experience, will vastly enhance their influence in the marketplace and their impact on the world.
