Women’s Ministries Summer Connecting Points

Women’s Ministries is offering a variety of opportunities for you to make connections this summer. Stop by the Resource Ministries booth on Level 200 to pick up a Summer Connections Brochure with more information on the following:

• Home Bible Studies
• Fitness Plus Exercise Classes and Boot Camp VI
• Mother/Daughter and Grandmother/Granddaughter Quilting Class
• Play dates and outings for mothers and children

Men’s Ministries Summer Opportunities

• Berean Car Show, Saturday, May 19 — Look under Upcoming Events for more information!
• Second Sunday gatherings — Join us on May 13, June 10 or July 8 at 10:45 a.m. in D-201 for a Second Sunday gathering. During this time you’ll have a chance to learn more about the opportunities available to you through Men’s Ministries. Coffee and donuts will be provided.
• Saturday topical study — Currently working through Wild at Heart, this group meets at 7 a.m. in D-104 to discuss men’s issues and spiritual growth. Join us at any time.

Summer Equipping Classes

Longing for Heaven
Have you ever wondered about heaven? What will it be like? What will we do? Won’t we get bored after a while? How can a person know if he/she is going to heaven? These and other questions about heaven will be discussed in this 7-week class as we explore together the claims made by Randy Alcorn in his book Heaven.

Discovery
This class is a great place to get to know others and begin building relationships that will move you towards connection with a LifeGroup. You will find the interactive small group format an exciting way to explore the mission, values, ministry philosophy, structure and beliefs of LBC.Wondering about membership? This will also be addressed in this 8-week class that meets on Saturdays or Sundays.

Connections
Ready to serve, but don’t know where or how to get involved? Connections Class is a 6-week class that will help you discover God’s plan for you at LBC. You will be introduced to the 450+ serving opportunities available. Go from sitting to serving and from just attending to attachment!
