LBC Pastor to Families of Adolescents

Lincoln Berean Church is seeking a Pastor to Families of Adolescents. This position is responsible to see that the approximately 1,300 adults with adolescent children at Lincoln Berean Church are shepherded toward becoming "Complete in Christ" through spiritual friendships, and through them reach those in our community who do not yet know Christ.

The focus of the role will be on the relational-based leadership development. Because we are a team-based church of small groups, identifying leaders, equipping and shepherding LifeGroup coaches and leaders is essential for multiplication of ministry. This will have direct impact on adults with adolescent children. Therefore, proven experience as a team builder, facilitator and one who leads out in collaboration with the LBC Youth Ministry leadership is also a crucial part of this role.
