He Is Risen

"He is not here, but He has risen.

These are perhaps the most significant words ever uttered in all of human history.

The resurrection of Jesus was the critical evidence that affirmed that everything

Jesus said was true and that everything Jesus promised could be believed.

The resurrection of Jesus was not some vague legend that grew over time. It was recorded in historical documents that were read by those who were eyewitnesses of the events themselves. There is no question from history that the events of the resurrection as recorded by the historians of the Gospels are true.

The Church of Jesus Christ is not Berean, Lutheran, Methodist or Catholic. The Church of Jesus Christ is made up of people whose lives have been radically changed by the power of the risen Savior. The Church is alive and dynamic because Jesus is alive, powerful and with us as His body on earth. Lincoln Berean Church is simply one expression of His body in our community.

We are so happy to have you with us this Easter weekend. Our prayer is that you will be changed in some way as a result of your time worshipping with us. We offer opportunities for those who are skeptics or searching for truth to ask your questions in a safe, loving environment. We offer support and recovery groups for those struggling through painful or addictive circumstances in life. We also offer a wide array of opportunities for those who want to grow in their faith and seek to live more like Jesus.
