Lincoln Berean Welcomes Children of the World

International Choir

The Children of the World Choir is comprised of orphaned and disadvantaged children from several different countries. Their high-energy and inspiring songs, in both English and native dialects, will be included in the weekend services. Children of the World represents millions of innocent, hurting children who are suffering needlessly as a result of the AIDS pandemic in Africa. Their purpose is to generate compassion and inspire individuals to get involved in helping over 15 million children who have been orphaned and their lives drastically impacted by AIDS. World Help is the presenting organization for Children of the World. World Help was born out of a sincere desire to help those in need, both spiritually and physically. They exist to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment through partnering, training, helping and serving, especially in the unreached areas of the world.

Children Dedication Weekend

We are excited for the 70+ children being dedicated today. Every child is a gift from God.

God expects these children to be raised according to His truth.(Psalm 127) The responsibility of the parent is to teach and train their children to live in a way that is pleasing to God. These parents have been asked, and agreed to, the following:

• Will you as parents commit yourselves to God as your first priority, seeking to be an example of godly living to this child?

• Will you then commit yourselves to raising this child according to the truths of God recorded in the Bible?

• Will you commit to praying for your children on a regular basis that they might know and do the will of God?
