Renovation of the Heart

Wednesdays, September 09 - December 09, 6:30PM - 8:00PM

The focus of this class is spiritual growth. In short, we aren't born again to stay the way we are. But how many times have we looked around us in dismay at the lack of spiritual maturity in our own lives and in the lives of those we love? The good news is that Jesus doesn't intend for that to be the case.

In this class we will use Dallas Willard's video series Renovation of the Heart to see and experience how God changes lives by a process that "brings every element of our being, working from the inside out, into harmony with the will of God or the kingdom of God."

The 30’s

Various Days, Ongoing

Individuals from several churches in the area (independent of any one church including Lincoln Berean) are forming a community group of Christians in their 30's to make friendships, bond with others in the same phase of life, and grow together in Christ. Current plans include hosting one event each month and helping to organize and facilitate smaller events as they arise.

Our “Big Event” is on Friday, December 11th at 7pm. Grab your favorite ugly Christmas sweater and join "The 30's" as they gather to look at Christmas lights from a limo! Afterwards, hang out and socialize over warm drinks!"

For more info, to stay informed and to post your own small impromptu events, join "The 30's" Facebook group at or contact Ryan Onstad at 402.450.0011.

Tim Hawkins: Live

Friday, April 1, 2016, 7:00PM

Tim Hawkins has been meticulously crafting a no-bones, no-bull comedy show that entertains the entire family. His approach to comedy can best be described as one part gifted and two parts twisted. And the three parts set him apart. His stand-up is surgical and honed to perfection, bringing to light the brokenness of human nature while marveling in its hilarity. In his own gracious words, "If you can't laugh at yourself, laugh at other people." His musical dexterity and knack for parody stand on their own, as he deftly rattles off everything from Dylan to Aldean to brilliantly weird original songs.
