We believe that as followers of Jesus, each one of us is to take his Great Commission seriously. If our goal is to fulfill the Great Commission it is going to require that everyone engage in it. For some of us this will mean that we take a step of faith and actually “go” to a land where Jesus is not yet known. For most of us, however, this will mean that we are called to “send”—through encouragement, counsel, and support—those who are called to “go.” Each one of us has a significant role to play in this global endeavor.
OUR PASSION
Our God is a global God. Across the world, and even in our own neighborhoods, there are billions of people who are not only heading towards a God-less eternity, they are living a God-less present—they are not experiencing the day-to-day fullness that life with God now promises. This reality is what ignites our passion within the Global Outreach (GO) Ministry.
Therefore, the primary aim of the GO Ministry is to expose the people of Lincoln Berean to the great needs of the 3.5 billion unreached people on earth and to help each person become engaged in the mission of reaching the world.
