| Usher | Ushers maintain our worship atmosphere by providing direction to the congregation and assisting in the service when necessary, i.e. offering, communion, for all services and special events. Ushers work on a rotating schedule. | Serve |

| Video Productions | Plan, shoot and edit video projects for the various ministries. Computer literacy is beneficial. | Serve |
| Camera Operator | Operate cameras used for live broadcast and recording during services and special events. | Serve |
| Video Switcher | Operates video switcher controlling with cameras is live, supports live production. | Serve |
| Video Director | Leads broadcast team during a live production. Calls camera shots and coordinates video needs for services and special events. | Serve |
| CG Operator | Coordinates and designs graphics for live production. Runs presentations during services. | Serve |
| Shader/Tape Op | Remotely controls image of production cameras and supports live production. | Serve |
| Audio Team | ||
| Audio Tech | Responsible for sound system for services, special events, and practices/rehearsals. | Serve |
| Setup Crew | Set and strike the stage for rehearsals, services, and special events. | Serve |
| Audio Leader for 5-6th Graders | Provide leadership, training, and assistance in setting up and taking down the sound system, and operating the sound board for 5-6th grade worship time. Training is provided. | Serve |
| Audio Leader for Junior High | Provide leadership, training, and assistance for junior high tech teams during worship times and other functions. Training will be provided. | Serve |
| Audio Leader for Senior High | Provide leadership, training, and assistance for senior high tech teams during worship times and other functions. Training will be provided. | Serve |
| Lighting Technician | Create lighting designs and operate the lighting board for services, special events, and practices/rehearsals. | Serve |
| PowerPoint Projection Technician | Create song slides and operate video projection equipment during services and special events. | Serve |
| Producer | Coordinate details of the service and special events. | Serve |
| Stage Crew | Serve behind the scenes coordinating back stage details of services and special events. | Serve |

| Tape/CD Duplication Technician | Operate recording equipment for worship services and special events. Make and sell copies of these recordings. | Serve |
| Maintenance | ||
| System Technician | Perform regular maintenance and repairs on technical systems. Basic electronics and troubleshooting skills are preferable, but training can be provided as needed. Technicians can serve when the equipment is available and when it is convenient for them. Some technicians will also serve on Sunday mornings as troubleshooters throughout the building. | Serve |

| Leadership Team Leader | Administrate and coordinate upcoming projects; possess people-skills to provide leadership in planning with the Team. | Serve |
| Leadership Team Member | A team player in planning the aesthetic needs of the interior areas of the church building. | Serve |
| Project Leader | Oversees a planned project to its completion. | Serve |
| Project Helper | Assists with hands-on work to see a project to completion. | Serve |
| Floral Designer | Possesses experience in creating floral arrangements. | Serve |
| Live Plant Caregiver | Gives regular care to live plants throughout the interior facility, watering, repotting and rearranging as needed. | Serve |
| Decorating/Interior Designer | Provides professional knowledge to the Leadership Team in the elements and principles of design. | Serve |
| Seamstress | Ability to sew various items to fulfill needs on stage as well as throughout the interior. | Serve |
| Weekend Set-up | Concerned with the overall appearance of the worship stage, decorating to work around musical and tech equipment. | Serve |
| Visual Arts Education and Display | ||
| Leadership Team Member | Serves on a team which plans and implements all aspects of the Visual Arts activities. | Serve |
| Administrative Coordinator | Serves on the Leadership Team; organizes and implements the plans of the Team. | Serve |
| Curriculum Coordinator | Serves on the Leadership Team; plans workshops and classes throughout the year in coordination with the teachers involved. | Serve |
| Workshop Teacher | Teaches a workshop or class in the Visual Arts, or demonstrates a technique and/or speaks to a group for their enrichment. | Serve |
| Gallery Coordinator | Serves on the Leadership Team; oversees the displays of artwork throughout the church by coordinating with the artists and the facility staff. | Serve |
| Gallery Helper | Assists the Gallery Coordinator with the installations of art displays throughout the church. | Serve |
| KidzArt Coordinator | Plans art displays and activities specifically for children, coordinating with the Curriculum Coordinator and the Gallery Coordinator. | Serve |
| Storage Room Coordinator | Makes purchases; keeps inventory of Visual Arts supplies; organizes and maintains the supplies and equipment in a designated storage area. | Serve |
| Special Event Coordinator | Serves on the Leadership Team; plans and implements events for the visual artists of the church, i.e., speakers, meals, field trips, outreach events. | Serve |
| Community Liaison | Serves on the Leadership Team; keeps abreast of other artists and art organizations in other churches as well as the Lincoln community and beyond; represents LBC and the Leadership Team to establish and grow a Christian witness in the community. | Serve |
| Photographer/Videographer | Serves in the area of photography/video production. | Serve |
| 3-Dimensional Art | Possessing talent or interest in the areas of ceramics, sculpture, fiber art, carving, etc. | Serve |
| Graphic Design/Web Design | Assisting in publication and publicizing. | Serve |
| Drawing/Painting | Possessing talent or interest in the area of 2-dimensional media. | Serve |
