Community

Our goal for the Community ministry remains constant: we pray members of the community see the love of Jesus through our work.

Currently we provide service for the following ministries:

Clothing Exchange

The Clothing Exchange is a LBC ministry in which church attendees donate clothing to meet the needs of others. Items not taken at our regular LBC exchange hours are donated to the People's City Mission.

The Clothing Exchange will be held from 12:00-8:00 p.m. in the West Foyer on the following dates for 2008:

City Impact

Women's Ministries helps City Impact collect items for the "Gifts of Love" store, which presents children and adults an opportunity to purchase new items at 70-80% below retail prices to give as gifts during the holidays. All donations are tax deductible. 

Throughout May and October, LBC Women's Ministries provides for the physical needs of the Lincoln Crisis Pregnancy Center by collecting baby necessities for the Center's Mommy Market and by encouraging donations to the Center through the Baby Bottle drive.
