Freshaire Tuesday evening
Small Group Leader Prepares and leads a group discussion with students, as well as shepherding them throughout the year. Volunteer
Leader-Shepherd Shepherds the small group leaders through communication, encouragement, prayer and accountability. Volunteer
Community Coordinator Organizes greeting team and works with the Refreshment Coordinator to develop an inviting atmosphere at Freshaire. Volunteer
Worship Coordinator Plans, organizes and coordinates worship with the band, as well as developing the gifts of future musicians. Volunteer
Refreshment Coordinator Works with the Community Coordinator to organize and recruit parents to provide weekly refreshments. Volunteer

Bible Class Sunday morning
Bible Instructor or Substitute Prepares and teaches senior high students on a short-term or long-term basis.. Volunteer

Bible Class Refreshment Coordinator Plans, organizes and coordinates refreshments. Volunteer

Student Ministry Team Sunday afternoon
Student Leadership Coordinator Works with senior high pastor to weekly equip and teach leadership skills and principles to students. Volunteer
Retreat Coordinator Works with senior high pastor to develop a team to plan, organize and coordinate 3 yearly retreats for those on the Student Ministry Team. Volunteer

Adult Leadership Positions
Camp Coordinator Works with office and Maranatha Bible Camp to organize and coordinate senior high campers in registration and transportation. Volunteer
Camp Cabin Leader Serves as a cabin leader for senior high week at Maranatha Camp, shepherding a small group of students. Volunteer
Camp Cabin Leader Recruiter Builds a relationship with the college ministry, Grace University, and the church body to cast vision for and recruit cabin leaders for senior high camp in June. Volunteer
Prayer Coordinator Works with parents throughout the school year to plan, organize and coordinate prayer ministry for students, staff and outreach events. Volunteer
Big Events Coordinator Works with senior high pastor to develop a team to plan, organize and coordinate parties and outreaches throughout the year. Volunteer
Webmaster Oversees a team of students responsible for developing and maintaining a Web site for the senior high ministry. Volunteer
Parent-Teen Crisis Coordinator Responsible for developing a team of adults to assist families that are going through a crisis with their teenager(s). Volunteer
Parent Resource Coordinator Develops a team that works with the senior high pastor and the pastor to Families of Adolescents to plan, coordinate, promote, and conduct seminars, classes or other events designed to equip parents of teenagers. Volunteer
Service Coordinator Works with senior high pastor to coordinate service opportunities for youth both within and outside the church. Volunteer

Esprit de Corps (Senior High Performing Drama Choir)
Director Responsible for overall management and operation of Esprit productions, rehearsals, cast and leaders. Volunteer
Assistant to the Director Assists the director with the areas of music and drama, including selection and organization of the production, materials, communicating with publishing companies, and preparing music and/or scripts for rehearsals. Volunteer
Administrative Assistant Clerical responsibilities involving attendance, forms, housing and medical data, mailings, and arrangements. Volunteer
Spiritual Director Prepares and presents weekly devotions for the entire Esprit cast; recruits and prepares the small group leaders. Volunteer
Parent Representative Responsible to be at each rehearsal as additional backup for miscellaneous responsibilities. Volunteer
Music Polisher Assists the director in teaching vocal/choral techniques and provides additional motivation, inspiration, and creativity to enhance the total presentation. Volunteer
Light/Sound Director Responsible for all aspects of sound and lighting during production, including setting up, tearing down, recruiting and training, and providing pre-recorded music support for rehearsals. Volunteer
Drama Director Responsible for drama sketches, editing, auditions, casting, and scheduling of rehearsals. Volunteer
Sectional Leader Responsible for teaching music parts during sectional rehearsals. Volunteer
Choreography Team Create choreography and signing for production. Volunteer
Small Group Leader Assists the spiritual director to establish and build relationships with teens through small groups. Volunteer
Special Assistant to Director Assists the director with miscellaneous responsibilities, i.e., busing details, transportation of luggage and equipment, and providing discipline when necessary. Volunteer
