Stewardship Counseling
One-on-One Lay Financial Counselor Trained counselors who meet one-on-one for approximately six months with their client to assist in creating and living by a budget. Volunteer
Trainer for Lay Financial Counselors Teaching Good Sense Ministries training course to people interested in assisting with lay financial counseling. Volunteer

Stewardship Education
Seminar Leadership Present a financial seminar on Saturday morning at LBC. Topics include budgeting, debt, giving, saving, career choices, and other stewardship issues. Volunteer
Good Sense Teacher Teaches a six-hour course as an Adult Elective Class on Sunday mornings. Volunteer

Stewardship Communications
Video Project Team Manager/Team Members Oversee all video projects for the stewardship area and provide leadership for the team members. Technical video skills are not required. Volunteer
Print Communication Team Manager/Team Members Oversee all printed communications related to the area of stewardship and provide leadership for the team members. Volunteer
Web Communication Team Manager/Team Members Oversee information and maintenance of campaign and stewardship Web sites and provide leadership for the team members. Volunteer
Story Net Worker Interview and collect names and stories to be featured in The Loop publication. Volunteer
Print Writer Interview and collect information to write articles and brochures related to areas of stewardship. Volunteer
Photographer Photographing for current articles or brochures; collecting pictures from archives for publications. Volunteer
Proofreaders Proofreading articles and brochures for publication. Volunteer

Stewardship for Women s Ministry
Liaison to Women s Ministry Responsible to communicate knowledge and passion for stewardship into all areas of Women s Ministry at LBC. Volunteer

Hospitality for Stewardship Ministry
Event Set-up and Clean-up Preparation for necessary refreshment and set-up for scheduled seminars. Volunteer
Host/Greeter for Seminar Events Provides an organized and hospitable atmosphere for attendees of the seminar events. Volunteer

Stewardship Booth
Booth Attendant Services the Stewardship booth before, during and after the services, which includes helping people sign up for classes and seminars, and giving out material/information as requested. Volunteer

JEM (Joyfully Employed Ministries)
Team Leader Serves as a lead for the JEM Directional Team; plans and organizes ministry and volunteers; accountable to senior pastoral staff. Volunteer
Planning Team Serves on the Directional Team for ministry; attends planning meetings and participates in publicity and promotional events. Accountable to team leader and senior pastoral staff. Volunteer
Administration Coordinator Provides administrative support to the JEM Directional Team; monitors, updates, and manages online information for JEM, JEM participants and ministry volunteer staff. Accountable to Team Leader. Volunteer
Publicity Coordinator Plans and executes publicity to attract Career Explorers to the JEM ministry. Accountable to JEM Directional Team. Volunteer
Workshop Facilitator Serves as a presenter/trainer for the Career Explorer s Course; is a subject matter expert in one or more career management areas. Human Resource experience preferred. Accountable to JEM Directional Team. Volunteer
Small Group Discussion Coordinator Serves as a coordinator for small group discussion leaders throughout the JEM workshop series. Creates small group environments through which Career Explorers receive encouragement and instruction. Volunteer
Mentors Serves as a co-team member to a small group discussion leader. May provide career management advice and counsel for individuals between session meetings. May present personal testimonial related to career management experiences or Human Resources expertise. Volunteer
Workshop Angels Attends workshop series and provides administrative assistance to facilitators and small group discussion leaders. Apprentice position for other JEM volunteer positions. Accountable to workshop facilitators and Directional Team. Volunteer
