LBC places a high value on the biblical management of all the resources God has given to the people attending LBC.

We believe God would have us maximize these resources so that we could present every person complete in Christ.

Since our lives are lived for this purpose, it makes sense to manage our time, talent, and finances in a way that honors God and maximizes our effectiveness for Him.
