Variety of cardio, strength-training and Pilates exercises. Join anytime.

T & Th, 5:30-6:30 pm

Core and strength-training exercises. Join anytime.

 

Winter/Spring 2012

MTWTF 5:30 - 6:30 am

Variety of Cardio, strength-training and Pilates exercises. Join anytime.

Cost: $72 for 2-3 days per week; $90 for 4-5 days per week


Boot Camp Prep Session 2012

April 30 - June 1 , A-207

MTWTF 5:30 - 6:30 am

Join us for 4 weeks of boot camp prep classes. We will mix it up with a variety of cardio and strength exercises to prep you for summer boot camp.

T & Th  5:30 - 6:30 pm

Learn the fundamentals of proper weightlifting techniques.

Cost $25 for 2-3 days per week; $30 for 4-5 days per week.

*In person at the registration tables January 1, 7/8 after church services.

*In person at the Women's Ministries booth January 14/15 after church services.

  Cash, check and credit/debit card payments will be accepted.
