Purpose

Set to begin in the Fall of 2006, the purpose of the Christian Leadership College (CLC) is to train people called to positions of leadership in Christian ministry through a one-year full time or three-year part time training program carried out in the context of Lincoln Berean Church.

The Christian Leadership College exists to train men and women called to leadership positions in Christian ministry and in the marketplace.

CLC will offer a comprehensive education package that includes intense theological training, practical ministry experience, and opportunities for personal spiritual development. The purpose of CLC is not to duplicate Lincoln Berean Church in other communities but to train leaders to take biblical principles of ministry and apply them in their vocational callings.
