God calls His people to live by faith. Hebrews 11:1 defines faith as "the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." We are sure that God wants to touch and change the lives of people in North Lincoln through North Pointe Community Church.

If you feel God leading you to be a part of North Pointe, we invite you to join us at our quarterly events leading up to the launch.

Also, as soon as we get our team leaders in place, we will be looking to build our ministry teams in the areas of children's, youth, worship and small group ministries. We also want to build an administrative resources team to assist in the daily tasks of running the church. We hope to begin meeting at Lincoln Berean in the fall of 2004 to start building these ministry teams.

We are planning to launch the church at North Star High School in the fall of 2005. Many tasks must be accomplished before that time, and we wonder how it they will get done. But that is the essence of faith described in Hebrews 11:1. In light of that, we're stepping out in faith and trusting God to accomplish His purposes in and through North Pointe.
