Personal Profile

On the left is a pencil icon . Clicking on the pencil will allow you to update your basic contact information. Some household information, such as home address, can only be changed on the head of household record by the head of household or spouse.

When the head of household is logged in, they can determine who will show up in the Online Directory and whether other family members can make their own choices about showing up in the directory.

The first section pertains to the head of household who is logged in. Check the first box if you want to be included in the directory. Then, you can select what information you want in the directory. The bottom section allows the head of household to make choices about how other family members are displayed in the directory.

The head of household has the ability to determine if children in the family can login to WebView. By default, children will be able to log in if they have an email address in the church records. However, the head of household can change this by logging into their account in WebView and then selecting the child?s record on the "Personal Profile" tab. At the bottom of the page is an option to "Allow WebView Login". Uncheck this box to remove a child's ability to log on.

When a child is logged on with their number or email address, they will ONLY see their record on the "Personal Profile" tab and will NOT be able to change the home address or home phone number.
