Registrations
As you can imagine, registration for events here at LBC is a huge undertaking. And nobody likes standing in line. The Registrations tab will allow you register for select events and make any payments necessary from the comfort of your own home or office, 24 hours a day.
All events available for online registration are listed down the center of the page. There are two buttons to the right of each event: "More Info" and "Register". Click the "More Info" button to open a page that will give you more details about the event. It also lists the event contact with their email address if you need more information. At the bottom, there is a button to "Register" for the event or "Return" that will take you back to the list of events. If the event is full or past the registration deadline, the "Register" button will not be available.
When you click "Register" a program wizard starts that will walk you through the process of registering for the event. If you will owe any fees for the event, please get what you need to complete your payment choices before you start the registration process.

The first tab in the wizard is "General Information". This will show one or more registration "Categories". A category will be a broad classification to identify why you are registering, i.e. "Student", "Sponsor", "Leader", etc. There may be different fees based on the category. Typically, there will only be one category available. In the "Number Attending" box, enter the total number from YOUR family that you want to register. Then click "next". This will move you to the second tab, "Individuals Information".

On this tab, you will enter the individuals who will be attending the event. To enter a name, click on the small magnifying class
to the right of the "Name" box. This will open a small box with the members of you family displayed. Please pick the name of the person attending. Then, make any selections for "Activities" to the right of their name. This may include option items (like the book shown here) or it may show classes or break out sessions for the event. Make the appropriate selection for each person attending.
The "Auto Assign Names" will allow you to block an event for the number of individuals selected and automatically enter "Badge #" in the name field as a place holder. You can come back and add the full names later. Although this option is available, to save time and need to return to the event, we would strongly suggest that you enter the attendees names at this point and not use the "Auto Assign Names" button. Click "next" when you have entered all names and made all choices for each attendee.

The final tab is "Payment Information". If you have no fees to pay for this event, you will be given a registration receipt at this point. This will show you are registered for the event. If you do owe fees, this tab will provide you with the option of paying by ACH from your checking or savings account, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Please choose your payment method, and then complete the necessary information to authorize the transaction. Click "Finish" when you are done. This will authorize payment and present you with a registration receipt.
LBC WebView uses the latest security and encryption technology to keep your financial information safe. Not only does Shelby, the software vendor, not have access to your payment account information, LBC staff does not have access to this information either.
