we’re getting new carpet!

Ok, it's a little more than carpet, but it all started with our commitment to steward the resources God has entrusted us by repairing or replacing multiple worn or damaged areas around our campus.

The project will begin in late June 2026 and is projected to be completed by early January 2027.

There will be distinct phases within the project, and this page will be used to keep our church body up to speed throughout the entire process.

Carpet, paint, furniture, finish and construction updates will be performed across the 100, 200, and 300 levels of our campus (including the North Entry reception and hall, Chapel exterior, A-wing nursery, auditorium walls, Commons area, info centers and coffee station, lower-E alcoves and kids check-in, D200 classrooms, and D300 space).

Existing funds in the Purpose Fund are being used to cover a portion of the costs of this project. Additionally, it is our prayer that we would see additional donations designated to the Purpose Fund over the next several months in order to cover any project costs exceeding the current balance of the Purpose Fund. Master plans were designed by BVH Architecture, and Brester Construction was contracted to perform the work. Both companies are trusted local partners who have engaged in similar work for other churches.

The project will roll out in phases from late June 2026 until early January 2027. Most work will be performed during the week so as to limit distractions during weekend worship. However, it is impossible to undertake a project of this scope without causing some temporary inconveniences to our church family on any given day. Ministry leaders are working hard to come up with creative solutions to any programming disruptions—flexibility, patience, and grace are appreciated!
