North Entry Closure Begins July 6

Posted July 5, 2026 — Lincoln Berean

North Entry Closed During the Week: Beginning Monday, July 6, the North Entry will be closed Monday through Friday. The temporary entrance to the building will be located on the north side of the A-Wing.

Things to Know:

  • The Reception Desk will temporarily move to Room A214
  • Signage will be posted to help direct you to the temporary entrance and our receptionist.
  • The North Entry is expected to remain closed during the week for a minimum of six to eight weeks.

North Entry Weekend Access:  The North Entry will reopen as usual each weekend. However, please be aware that the surrounding areas will remain a work in progress. You may see unfinished drywall, lighting changes, removed carpet, and other signs of ongoing construction.

During this phase, these spaces will receive:

  • A more functional reception desk closer to the entry
  • New carpet
  • Simplified walls and fresh paint
  • New seating for gathering on the weekends, and waiting during the week
  • Re-organized Kids check-in areas

Continuing Closures and Relocations:

  • Rooms D201, D202, and D203 remain closed while improvements continue.
  • For the next few Sundays, Nursery and Walkers rooms will continue to meet temporarily in A207 and A215. (Read more about that here)

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue refreshing these spaces!

Wouldn’t it be amazing to end our current refresh project with all bills paid, and have funds in place for the next phase of facility improvements? That is what we are praying for!

If, in addition to your normal General Fund giving, you would like to participate in giving toward the current refresh project as well as future facilities projects that are already being discussed, you can use the giving widget below. You can also make a gift by designating “Purpose Fund” on your check and/or giving envelope.
